Gabriela Vuletin Selak, Ph.D, from Institute for Adriatic Crops and Karst Reclamation, Split, has finished a working visit in duration from 11.02. to 17.02. 2018 at Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies, University of Primorska, Izola. In collaboration with Alenka Baruca Arbeiter, Ph. D. and prof. Dunja Bandelj, Ph. D., she was working on the paternity analysis based on microsatellite markers (SSRs) that will enable the assessment of the compatibility relationships in ‘Oblica’ by genotyping and identification of the most likely father (pollen donor) from the mixed cultivar orchard.

Gabriela Vuletin Selak s Instituta za jadranske kulture i melioraciju krša u Splitu, završila je radni posjet laboratoriju Sveučilišta Primorska u Izoli (Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies). U suradnji s dr. sc. Alenkom Baruca Arbeiter i dr. sc. Dunjom Bandelj, izv. prof. radila je na analizama roditeljstva koji se temelje na mikrosatelitnim markerima (SSRs) koji će omogućiti rasvjetljavanje reproduktivne kompatibilnosti sorte Oblica genotipizacijom i identifikacijom donora peludi iz višesortnog nasada.
